Automata (2014)
A rather bleak dystopian view of a future world that doesn't really convince, i didn't feel invested in any of the characters or really care about them, i felt more empathy for the robots. It is nice to see Melanie Griffith in a different role and i have a fondness of Antonio Banderas but i would like more of Melanie and Antonio needs someone to work with - he needed a partner. Not bad at all it just didn't reach the heights it stretched for but the robots look good as are the ideas buried beneath.
Like This Watch These: Ex Machina (2015) Far superior film making, I, Robot (2004) The 3 laws of robotics, A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001) Do these Robots have rules?
