MUST WATCH This awesome Australian last day on Earth drama, it could be described as grim but it's packed with action and realisation. I adore apocalyptic films so i am bias but this is filmed really well, the story is not your run of the mill tale and the acting is moving and realistic. It truly puts you in the place of someone deciding where it will all end and who with and not only that but a surprise guest who you just have to help, it's tricky. The effects are used very well and at appropriate moments, there is violence, peril, honesty and life. It's on Netflix now do yourself a favour and watch it.
Like This Watch These: Children Of Men (2006) A slower and more grim looking end of the world, utterly powerful and excellent, Doomsday (2008) Poor acting perhaps but i enjoyed this British Mad Max-esque movie, Hounds Of Love (2016) Not the end of the world but it probably feels like it for the kidnapped teen in this great Aussie Film.
