Sneakers (1992)

A great little old school spying goes on in this 90's gem. An excellent eclectic cast, worthwhile script and solid story make for an entertaining if very technologically dated watch. I have a fondness for this as i remember watching this as a youngster, i believe me and my friend Krystal 'borrowed' it from the library. It is clever but not confusing, but for me it is the cast that make it,all work nicely in the team and as individuals and its a joy to behold. Sure there are better films but this is one of my films connected to memories and another time.

Like This Watch These: Enemy Of The State (1998) Fun, worrying and great, the technology is updated but not to where we are now, The Conversation (1974) The early days of surveillance portrayed with skill and style by Gene Hackman and Francis Ford Coppola, Stand By Me (1986) More proof that River worked well in a team.
